Pomelos are a large citrus fruit that originated in Southeast Asia, and grow wonderfully in Tucson's hot desert climate! They are sweeter than a grapefruit, typically significantly larger with a thick outer layer. Since Pomelos are not a well known fruit, many people are unaware of how to prepare dishes using them. We would like to share some of our favorite ways to enjoy Pomelos!
